At 80 I feel the cold more Deech , and last winter was a bust with a very short ice season . I have 4 ice huts for different spots/occasions and how long I want to spend on the water depending on the weather . Living in Ontario gives us the chance to try many options to enjoy fishing . Dave Posted October 3, 2023 Report Share Posted October 3, 2023 Grand is weed choked right now with lots of floating weeds...This happens every year triggered by cooler temperatures that we had a few weeks ago.But the weed growth seems excessive this year..Now that the flow has dropped there will be no way to flush it out..
